Member Engagement & Training Specialist
The Member Engagement & Training Specialist leads IABH’s member services, policy analysis, conferences, trainings, committee coordination, and continuing education programming. This role ensures strong member communication, engagement, and professional development opportunities aligned with association policy priorities. This position works closely with the COO and VP of Finance in coordination with the CEO and Government Relations & Policy Analyst.
The Prevention Program Coordinator supports IABH’s statewide Gambling Disorder Prevention Services initiative by coordinating prevention education, outreach, training, technical assistance, and awareness activities throughout Illinois. The position focuses on youth, emerging adults, families, educators, and communities through evidence informed prevention strategies designed to reduce gambling-related harm before it develops into a gambling disorder. The Prevention Program Coordinator serves as a key connector between schools, community organizations, prevention professionals, youth leaders, and statewide partners.
