Agency membership is open to addiction and/or mental health prevention, education, treatment or recovery support service providers operating in Illinois. Gerald (Jud) DeLoss, JD, IABH's CEO, has represented behavioral healthcare providers for over 20 years. He provides the Association with legal guidance on fraud and abuse compliance, strategic acquisitions, reimbursement and managed care, parity, and privacy of behavioral health information. Jud has testified before Congress as a subject matter expert on 42 CFR Part 2 and served as an expert witness in privacy disputes.
