Individual Members

Individual membership is granted to professionals who are credentialed by the Illinois Certification Board (ICB). IABH Individual Members benefit from communication among colleagues, increased recognition of addiction and mental health as treatable disease, and become closely aligned with IABH’s strong, 50+ year tradition.

Representation in State Government

IABH has strong ties to the Governor's office and legislature, access to DHS resources, participation in Governor's Advisory Council to ensure IABH's concerns are voiced, and access to a wealth of experience to secure funding. Staff seek input from members to inform our legislative and policy efforts.

Dedicated Staff
